News extension of due date of filing of form GSTR-3B for the month of May 2023 for the persons registered in the districts of kutch, Jamangar, Morbi, Patan and Bana Skanatha in the state of Gujarat upto 30th June 2023.
The GST commissioner on the recommendation of the GST Council, has given extension of due date of filing Form GSTR 3B for the month of May, 2023. Earlier the due date of filing GSTR 3B for the month of May was 20-6-2023 and as per latest notification no. 17/2023 of Central Goods and Service Tax has extended the date of filing GSTR 3B for the month of May till 30-06-2023 for the registered person in the district of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan and Banaskantha in the state of Gujarat. No GST Late fees, interest, and Penalty would be applicable for filing GSTR 3B for the month of May till the 30-06-2023.
