DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) services on Independence Day: On August 15, the whole network of the Delhi Metro will operate according to schedule.
On August 15, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will operate according to schedule throughout the entire network. Delhi Metro train services on all Lines will begin at 5am from all terminal stations to make it easier for passengers to attend the Independence Day ceremony on August 15. The trains will operate in accordance with their regular schedule after 6 a.m.
Parking facilities won’t be provided at stations from 6 am on August 14 to 2 pm on August 15 due to security concerns, according to a new statement from DMRC.

Parking spaces won’t be available at stations from 6 AM on August 14 to 2 PM on August 15 due to security measures put in place for the occasion. However, train service will run as usual, according to a tweet posted on X.
To facilitate passengers to attend the Independence Day ceremony on 15th August 2023 (Tuesday), Delhi Metro train services on all Lines will start from 5AM from all terminal stations. The trains will run with a frequency of 30 minutes on all the Lines till 6AM.

DMRC has urged passengers to utilize Gate No. 4 for entry and departure as of today due to the closure of Gate No. 3 at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station beginning on August 12 for civil rehabilitation work.
As a result of the Independence Day Full Dress Rehearsal, the Delhi Traffic Police has also released a warning for tomorrow, August 13, which is also tomorrow. In its traffic advice, the traffic police urged travelers to avoid certain roads and use detours at the specified times.
