All set for G20 Summit 2023 is to be held in our capital New Delhi on 9th to 10th of September 2023. There is a fusion among the public regarding whether Delhi will be delhi closed or but this is not an occasion.
Offices, organizations, undertakings, corporations, boards, statutory bodies, educational institutions etc. of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi will remain closed between September 8 and September 10 (Delhi Closed on G20 Summit).Â
This instruction will also apply to all private offices, educational or other institutions within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The 19 countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, and the US. India holds the Presidency of the G20 from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023.
India presidency
This is the 18th G20 Summit which is going to be held in Our Country’s capital New Delhi. It will be a proud moment for every Indian that this year we have a presidency of G20 Summit 2023. The first summit of G20 was organized in the United State capital Washington DC at the time of George Bush was the President of America in the year of 2009. And now in the present year India is hosting this conference meet for the first time in 2023.

Theme
The G-20 summit will be presided over by India in 2023, and the presidency’s theme of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” — “One Earth, One Family, One Future” — has been retained. The Maha Upanishad, a well-known old Sanskrit scripture, served as the inspiration for the G20 Summit’s 2023 theme. Hence, “Earth is family.” This subject essentially highlights the importance of all life forms, including humans, animals, plants, and microorganisms, as well as how intertwined they are with one another and with the rest of the universe.
The G20 summit, one of the most powerful economic organizations in the world, will be held in India. Due to the participation of more than 40 nations and heads of state, this conference will be watched closely by everyone in the world. There are now just a few days till the G20 Summit meeting. DMRC Closed Stations During G20 Summit
According to the order issued by the Delhi Metro Police, traffic will be completely shut off at Moti Bagh, Bhikaji Cama Place, Munirka, RK Puram, IIT, and Sadar Bazar Cantonment Metro stations. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court Metro Station, the nearest station to the venue, will remain completely closed.
