  • Addition of African Union in G20

  • Delhi declaration was Adopted

    The Delhi Declaration was adopted, with China and Russia on board. It urged nations to maintain international law, particularly territorial integrity and sovereignty, international humanitarian law, and the multilateral framework that ensures peace and stability. The G-20 summit will be presided over by India in 2023, and the presidency’s theme of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” “One Earth, One Family, One Future” — has been retained. The Maha Upanishad, a well-known old Sanskrit scripture, served as the inspiration for the G20 Summit’s 2023 theme. Hence, “Earth is family.” This subject essentially highlights the importance of all life forms, including humans, animals, plants, and microorganisms, as well as how intertwined they are with one another and with the rest of the universe.

The G20 summit, one of the most powerful economic organizations in the world, will be held in India. Due to the participation of more than 40 nations and heads of state, this conference will be watched closely by everyone in the world. There are now just a few days till the G20 Summit meeting. The final stage of planning for the two-day G20 Summit Meetings 2023, which will take place in New Delhi, the capital of India, on 9th to 10th September.
