The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced, On Sunday that Chandrayaan-3 is scheduled to land on the moon on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 6:04 PM.
The south pole of the moon, the spacecraft’s intended goal, will be reached in two days.

Indian spacecraft is getting closer to the Moon and is on course to make a soft landing on the lunar surface on Wednesday, August 23. The Chandrayaan-3 project’s Lander Module (LM) was successfully lowered into orbit on Sunday, according to the ISRO. On Thursday, 35 days after the mission’s initial launch, Chandrayaan-3, which was launched on July 14th, successfully separated its lander module from its propulsion module.
The mission’s objectives for Chandrayaan-3 include demonstrating a soft and secure lunar surface landing, lunar rover exploration, and in-situ scientific experimentation.
