Delay in Filing DPT-3 for Financial Year ended on 31/3/2023 up to 31/7/ 2023

Relaxation in paying additional fees in case of delay in filing DPT-3 for Financial Year ended on 31st March 2o23 up to 31st July 2023.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has recently extended the due date of filing form DPT-3  for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023. Keeping in mind the transition of MCA portal from version 2 to version 3. Generally the due date of filing DPT-3 was June 30, however the MCA has extended it with a relaxation of one month without any penalty or fees, moving it to  July 31, 2023. The announcement was made through general circular 06/2023 by the MCA.

DPT-3 MCA:

DPT-3 is a return of all company deposits that companies must file to give information about its all deposits and/ or outstanding receipts of loan or money other than deposits.

The MCA has recently extended the due date of filing DPT-3 financial year ended on March 31, 2023. MCA has extended it to June 30, 2023 to July 31, 2023.

The due date of filing DPT-3 is  June 30 of the financial year.
